BECOMING A MZBC MEMBER
By making a public profession of faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, looking forward to baptism, the right hand of fellowship, and full membership in this community of believers.
By asking for church membership on a statement of Christian Experience, having been a member in good standing of a Baptist or other protestant church, pending a letter of transfer.
By reclaiming one’s membership, previously held at this church, which has been discontinued by choice because of distance or circumstances, through Restoration. Or if one has been away from Mount Zion Fellowship for three months or more, for reasons that he knows God would not honor and that a clear conscience could not justify, one should reclaim his membership by Restoration.
By requesting associate membership in this church while in Knoxville temporarily.
