FEBRUARY Message from Pastor Skinner
I trust that your New Year's resolutions and your fresh starts are ongoing. While it is important that you continue to assemble ourselves as much as possible in obedience to God’s Word and for your spiritual growth: Hebrew 10:25 says “Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another.” There are several opportunities at Mount Zion to assemble yourselves to spiritually nourish yourselves and to give praise, honor and worship to God. We have Sunday morning worship services, Sunday Church School, Wednesday Noon Bible Study, Wednesday intercessory Prayer, Wednesday Evening Bible Study, Women’s Thursday Evening Bible Study and Men’s Thursday Evening Bible Study. All these church resources and more are designed to help and build up our members. I would like to urge you to make a commitment in February 2026 to not only attend Sunday worship services as you are able, but to also to attend or participate in Sunday School and one of the bible study classes that are available at the church
